Resume. Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) remains one of the most effective surgical approaches for the treatment of advanced coronary artery disease. Despite significant advances in surgical techniques and perioperative management, non-infectious postoperative complications continue to adversely affect patient outcomes, quality of life, and long-term prognosis.
