IMPROVEMENT OF THE METHODOLOGY OF TEACHING BIOLOGY USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES

ABI

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the possibilities of improving the methodology of teaching biology through the integration of artificial intelligence technologies. The research employs a combination of theoretical and empirical methods, including the analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, comparative analysis of traditional and AI-based teaching approaches, observation of student learning activities, modeling of methodological frameworks, and generalization of findings. The results demonstrate that artificial intelligence technologies significantly enhance the effectiveness of biology education by enabling the individualization of learning, increasing students’ cognitive engagement, and improving the visualization of complex biological processes through virtual laboratories and simulation tools. Additionally, AI-based platforms support automated assessment, real-time feedback, and the development of students’ independent learning and problem-solving skills. The study concludes that the integration of artificial intelligence technologies contributes to the modernization of biology education, improves instructional quality, and supports the development of adaptive and student-centered learning environments.
