Abstract
. This article analyzes the concepts of digital linguistics and media literacy from the perspective of modern philological education. In particular, it highlights the development of language studies based on digital technologies, as well as the importance of critical evaluation of information in the media space. Furthermore, the integration of these two fields is justified as a source of new professional opportunities for future philologists. As a result, the formation of digital competencies and media literacy is presented as an essential component of a modern philologist’s professional profile.
