Abstract
This article extensively covers the theoretical foundations of the PISA international assessment program, its role in the education system, and its significance in developing students' functional literacy. Additionally, methodological approaches, pedagogical conditions, and innovative methods for the effective implementation of the PISA program into the national education system have been scientifically analyzed. As a result of the study, it was found that organizing the educational process based on PISA requirements increases students' independent thinking, problem-solving skills, and competitiveness.
