Abstract

This thesis analyzes the issues of developing professional competence of preschool educators in the context of modern educational paradigms. The importance of innovative approaches, digital technologies, reflective practices, and lifelong learning in teachers’ professional development is highlighted. The main directions and trends of improving professional competence in preschool education are also discussed.
