Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of pedagogical empathy in preschool educational organizations. Pedagogical empathy is considered an important component of the professional competence of a teacher, and its impact on the development of children is highlighted. The study used comparative analysis, observation and survey methods. The results confirm that increasing the level of pedagogical empathy has a positive effect on the socio-emotional development of children.
