Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada ozodlikni cheklash tariqasidagi jinoiy jazoni ijro etishda probatsiya inspektorlarining ichki ishlar organlari (IIO) sohaviy xizmatlari (profilaktika inspektorlari, patrul-post va tezkor-qidiruv xizmatlari) bilan o'zaro hamkorligini tashkil etishning nazariy va amaliy muammolari tahlil qilingan. Mahkumning yashash joyi, yurish-turishi va taqiqlangan joylarga bormasligini kafolatli nazorat qilishda idoraviy va sohaviy integratsiyani chuqurlashtirish hamda raqamli texnologiyalardan keng foydalanish yuzasidan ilmiy xulosalar ishlab chiqilgan. Annotation: This article analyzes the theoretical and practical problems of organizing mutual cooperation of probation inspectors with sectoral services of internal affairs bodies (prevention inspectors, patrol-post, and operational-search services) in the execution of criminal punishment in the form of restriction of liberty. Scientific conclusions have been developed on deepening departmental and sectoral integration and the extensive use of digital technologies in guaranteeing control over the convict's place of residence, behavior, and non-visitation of prohibited places. Аннотация: В данной статье анализируются теоретические и практические проблемы организации взаимодействия инспекторов пробации с отраслевыми службами органов внутренних дел (инспекторами профилактики, патрульно-постовой и оперативно-разыскными службами) при исполнении уголовного наказания в виде ограничения свободы. Разработаны научные выводы по углублению ведомственной и отраслевой интеграции, а также широкому использованию цифровых технологий в гарантированном контроле за местом жительства, поведением осужденного и непосещением им запрещенных мест.
