Methodology for developing the technical and tactical preparedness of greco roman wrestlers at the initial training stage

Abstract

This article covers the issues of optimizing the technical and tactical training of young Greco-Roman wrestlers. During the training process, it was determined to develop the physical and technical qualities of athletes in the correct distribution of loads, repetition of technical methods and harmonious application of special exercises. The results of the study offer methodological recommendations for the effective management of the preparatory process of young wrestlers.
