Abstract

The paper presents the results of an experimental study of the optical properties of microstructured powders of diamond, zinc oxide and titanium dioxide under the influence of pulsed-periodic laser radiation of nanosecond duration. The mechanisms of Raman scattering and photoluminescence spectrum formation in the studied samples at room temperature were investigated. The dependence of secondary radiation intensity on laser pulse energy density was established. It has been shown that microstructuring significantly affects the local distribution of the electromagnetic field, leading to an increase in nonlinear effects and a change in spectral characteristics. The results obtained can be used in the development of sensor systems, photocatalytic coatings, and functional optical materials.
