The majority of respondents believe AI will shape the future of recruitment: 61% in the U.S. and 58% in the UK believe applicants should use AI in ways that remain hidden to others, while 56% (U.S.) and 52% (UK) believe candidates will need AI assistance to complete application processes. Additionally, 55% of U.S. and 52% of UK respondents think non-users will face disadvantages.
