The integration of advanced technologies—Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and Blockchain—has fundamentally transformed supply chain sourcing practices, enabling organizations to achieve unprecedented levels of efficiency, transparency, and ethical compliance. This chapter examines how these technologies facilitate data-driven supplier selection, real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and immutable traceability throughout the sourcing process. AI empowers organizations with intelligent decision-making capabilities through machine learning algorithms that optimize supplier performance evaluation and demand forecasting.
