Abstract
Real-time object detection, tracking, and activity recognition are essential components of intelligent video analytics systems. Advances in deep learning and computer vision have enabled accurate identification, continuous tracking, and behavior analysis of objects in video streams. These technologies support applications such as smart surveillance, autonomous vehicles, healthcare monitoring, and industrial automation by providing fast, reliable, and automated decision-making. This study reviews recent techniques, challenges, and future directions for improving the efficiency and accuracy of real-time video understanding.
