Abstract

The chapter discusses how digital marketing education uses Artificial Intelligence to facilitate personalized learning and adaptive curriculum design. It describes the ways that AI applications like learning analytics, recommender systems, AI tutoring platforms, predictive analytics, and generative AI can build learner profiles, suggest appropriate content, provide feedback, and enhance skill development. The chapter emphasizes the importance of flexible curricula that meets the various student abilities, learning speeds, and career objectives. It additionally talks about how AI has been implemented in creating digital marketing capabilities like SEO, content creation, campaign analytics, social media strategy, and customer engagement. Ethical concerns, such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, transparency, academic integrity, and excessive reliance on AI are also discussed. The chapter summarizes that responsible AI application will help transform digital marketing education, making it more inclusive, practical, and future-oriented.
