Abstract
A differential dependence between stresses and deformations is shown to be equivalent, even in the most general case, to integral dependences with regular hereditary kernels that have a serious disadvantage. Numerical results are presented that were obtained by solving dynamic problems of hereditary deformable systems using exponential and weakly singular hereditary kernels.
