Abstract

The article discusses the results of simulated a municipal-households power supply system in the Matlab/Simulink software package to calculate and forecasting the level of higher harmonics of current and voltage. Fulfilled assessment accuracy implemented model of the selected section of the power supply systems for the higher harmonics. Conducted assessment inaccuracies designed models by comparing measurement results of power quality indicators with the simulation results. Defined the level of higher harmonics of current and voltage of the selected power supply system and explained causes of deterioration in the power quality. Forecasting increases the level of higher harmonics of current and voltage due to increase in consumers of municipal-households sector.
