Abstract
Currently, economic science and practice are increasingly using the achievements of applied mathematics, turning them from a weapon of scientific research into an important tool for effectively solving complex agricultural problems. The paper describes the use of digital technologies in monitoring the environmental situation, groundwater salinity in observation wells located in the Aral Sea regions, using information security methods for transmitted data. In the course of the study, algorithmic formalization of user access to the information system of environmental monitoring was carried out when monitoring changes in levels.
