Fundamental solutions for a class of singular equations

Abstract

Singular linear elliptic partial differential equations associated with the operator of generalized axially symmetric potential theory are presented. Explicit fundamental solutions in the large are given for the equations. Mean value theorems for solutions of these equations are also presented. (Author)
