MODERN APPROACHES TO DEFINING THE NATURE AND FUNCTION OF NATIONAL INNOVATION SYSTEM OF THE UZBEK ECONOMY

Abstract

The paper attempts to carry out a systematic analysis of the methods and approaches of domestic and foreign scientists to the definition of "national innovation system". At the same time, we studied the function of the national innovation system. Based on these studies the authors offer their own definition of innovative systems for the economy of Uzbekistan, along with that formulated internal and external functions of the National Innovation System of Uzbekistan.
