Abstract

This article is considered the features of monitoring procedure of functioning of integrated chips (IC) used in the modern radio-electronic equipment. The analysis of features of assessment dynamic and the IC static parameters is made. Control devices for measurement of their measurement dynamic and the IC static parameters are considered.
