Abstract
Abstract magnified image Three new diterpenoid alkaloids, puberulines A–C ( 1 – 3 , resp.), and three new benzamide derivatives, puberulines D–F ( 4 – 6 , resp.), as well as 16 known diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated from Aconitum barbatum var. puberulum. The structures of the new compounds were established on the basis of spectral data (IR, EI‐MS, HR‐ESI‐MS, HR‐EI‐MS, 1 H‐ and 13 C‐NMR, DEPT, NOE, HMQC, 1 H, 1 H‐COSY, HMBC, NOESY, and TOCSY).
