INVESTIGATION OF ANTIFRICTION PROPERTIES OF COMPOSITE EPOXY MATERIAL IN INTERACTION WITH RAW COTTON

ABI

Abstract

The results of studies of the effect of temperature and electric charge density on the coefficient of friction of anti-friction-wear-resistant composite polymer materials when interacting with raw cotton are presented. It is shown that the processes of charge formation and temperature are interconnected, which provide the closest to the true values of the charges and temperature in the interaction of the polymer-cotton pair. It was found that the improvement of heat removal depends on the content of the filler of the epoxy coating with soot, which has high thermal conductivity and ambient temperature.
