Abstract
The paper describes the basic ideas and methods to solve subproblems such as Sellisele algorithm, Neural network structures, Invariant numbers and their modifications used in modern recognition systems. The main objective of the research is the development of software complexes of recognition of text data on the basis of genetic algorithms.
