Abstract

The article discusses methods for correcting errors in measuring transducers using exemplary signals from temperature calibrators. A scheme of a measuring transducer with automatic calibration of the measuring channel is presented. These contradictions can be resolved by using structural methods to improve the accuracy of temperature measurements. A method is presented, the essence of which is that when using transducers with a significant spread of calibration characteristics and low temporal stability, structurally redundant elements are introduced, with the help of which automatic correction of transducer errors is ensured during measurements, based on the use of windmill temperature calibrator transducers. A mathematical model of the calibrator is presented, which is a complex multi-phase system, contains several elements of pure metals and allows, in the normal operation mode, to reproduce several accurately known temperature values in the zone of the sensitive element of the transducer.
