DEVELOPMENT OF RESIDENTIAL AREAS IN CONDITIONS OF THE INFLUX OF INTERNAL MIGRANTS TO THE CITIES OF KYRGYZSTAN
Abstract
The article clarifies the issues that existing today, numerous individual housing structures around the capital are a serious problem for the rational use of engineering and technical resources and uniform demographic development of all regions of the country. The relevance of the work is confirmed by the real unidirectional internal migration leading to disproportionate economic development of all regions of the country. And the purpose of the study is to justify the formation of an urban agglomeration in the conditions of active one-way internal migration, leading to problems arising in migration housing estates around the city of Bishkek. The author’s statement is the need to form and build an urban agglomeration in order to improve the quality of life of citizens and surrounding residents of housing estates.
