Sustainable Development of Halal Tourism in Indonesia: Opportunities and Challenges

Abstract

Halal tourism is growing rapidly in the last decades. The potential for the business of Halal tourism is very vast in line with the increasing economy of Muslim countries. Numerous countries, both Muslim and non-Muslim countries, are vying to become the centre of Halal tourism, including Indonesia.
