Analysis of traction perfomance of the Ermak electric locomotive (3ES5K) in the Angren-Pap mountain section
Abstract
The article analyzes the traction and energy indicators of the 3ES5K electric locomotive used by Uzbekiston Temir Yullari JSC. The features of the engine power supply circuit are considered, a comparative analysis with the VL80s electric locomotive on the Angren-Pap mountainous area is carried out. For a comparative analysis, the KORTES software package was used to solve various computational problems associated with the choice of parameters, the determination of the characteristics of modes and the load capacity of traction power supply systems, traction parameters and their elements. With the help of the complex program, the traction characteristics of electric locomotives and their energy consumption have been analyzed. The article presents the advantage of axial regulation, saving traction energy in alternating current from the network due to recuperation and software traction calculation taking into account recuperation on alternating current [8]. All the results obtained are presented in the form of tabular data and graphical dependencies.
