Analysis and Discussion on the Restriction Causations for Harvesting Mechanization of Sweet Potato in China

Abstract

China is the world's largest country of sweet potato production and consumption.However,the mechanized techniques of sweet potato production of this country is relatively behindhand,especially for harvesting technique,which has become one of significant restriction factors for the development of potato sweet industry.This paper analyzed the restriction causations for harvesting mechanization of sweet potato starting from the aspects of government policy,development platform,plant physiology,soil type,crop agronomy,production corporations etc.Finally,some advises and countermeasures were put forward.
