Abstract
The article is devoted to the situational management of complex information systems using the fuzzy correspondence models. The structure of the model, the algorithm for its implementation, and application aspects for solving applied problems in various fields are considered. The model and software are used to create and operate situational expert systems with fuzzy logic. Advantages of the model and approach for solving applied problems is given too.
