Abstract
The real book is the second part of two-volume textbook of "Electrical "Engineer-ing and Electronics", written taking into account requirements to the results of mas-tering of the base discipline of "Electrical "Engineering and Electronics", included in the basical cycle of disciplines of the main educational programs of FSES In prepara-tions of bachelors of electrical unengineer-ing directions and engineers of electrical unengineering specialities. The element base of devices of semiconductor electron-ics is examined in her, classification over, voltage-current and frequency characteris-tics, features of application of electrical devices in different office hours, is brought. Principles of construction and functioning of model analog, impulsive and digital devices are expounded.
