Analysis of forces affecting fiber breakage of opening roller saw teeth of rotor spinning machine
Abstract
The article examines the problems of preventing fiber breakage, reducing the neps formed in yarns, and thus improving yarn quality indicators as a result of changing the distance between tooth pitches of the opening roller saw teeth garniture of a pneumomechanical spinning machine. The ministerial analyzes the tension of the opening roller teeth garniture in pulling out the fiber, the friction force, and the tension of the internal forces in the process of pulling the sliver against the elemental separation surface, and the dependence of their mass in the process of separating the fibers into individual fibers on the speed of rotation are given. Graphs of the dependence of the moment of inertia on the tension of the fibers and the coefficient of friction between the fibers were obtained in order to reduce the breakage of the fibers when separating the fibers from the sliver.
