Abstract

The factors influencing the main indicators of reliability and residual life of the ATM, such as mean time to failure, probability of failure-free operation, failure rate, gamma-percentage life of the stator winding, are highlighted. Methods for their determination are indicated, and a quantitative assessment is made. It is shown that the ADT operating by a controlled four-quadrant converter 4qs b actuators have an overlay of the exponential, Weibull-Gnedenko, as well as the normal Gaussian distribution of the probability to failure, the formula for finding their distribution density is described, which is necessary to adjust the reliability indicators when determining the optimal terms of maintenance.
