Abstract

Metastasis is the leading cause of cancer-related death, and metastasis is also the major obstacle to cancer treatment. Despite the advances in metastasis research, the mechanism underlying metastasis is not fully understood. Further study on metastasis will help expand our knowledge of cancer and develop novel therapeutic strategies for cancer management. This book presents the latest advances in mechanism, diagnosis, prognosis and targeted therapy of cancer metastasis.
