Abstract
The inverted CH<sub>3</sub>NH<sub>3</sub>PbI<sub>3</sub> cell fabricated using a two-step method with H<sub>2</sub>O as an additive in a PbI<sub>2</sub> solution exhibited an extremely high FF of 85%.
