Abstract

In this article analyzed the intentiona choice or the doctrine of election . In article is considered scientists used Ahkom as the main theoretical source in creating of their works on state governing, Mavardi's work "Ahkom consists of 20 chapters and 109 sections which the content and structure of the themes are given completely and logically consequently.
