Abstract

In this article analyzed the intention – a choice or the doctrine of election . In article is considered scientists used“Al-Ahkom us-sultoniyya va-l-valoyot ud-diniyya”as the main theoretical source in creating of their works on state governing, Mavardi’s work“Al-Ahkom us-sultoniyya va-l-valoyot ud-diniyya”consists of 20 chapters and 109 sections which the content and structure of the themes are given completely and logically consequently.
