DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATION SYSTEM IN THE CONTEXT OF WORLD EXPERIENCE AND NATIONAL SPECIFICITY AS AN INVESTMENT IN HUMAN CAPITAL

Abstract

The article discusses the place of education in economic processes, the German experience in the functioning and reform of the education system, as well as the need to take into account national specifics when reforming national education. Based on the analyzes and results, conclusions are given on the definition of human capital as one of the significant elements of the new economic system, and ensuring the effectiveness of its formation will create conditions for profitable activities, and, as a result, the socio-economic, scientific, technological and resource-ecological development of our countries. The development of human capital should be the main strategic goal of the state.
