Abstract

This article describes the various types of simplified procedure in the foreign law and is the author's opinion on the need to provide procedural safeguards in the event of the introduction of a simplified procedure in the criminal proceedings in Uzbekistan, as well as disclose the concept and importance of procedural safeguards.
