Abstract

The concentrations of arsenic and selenium in As100 − x Se x glassy alloys and related films have been determined by the X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy using the external standard technique. It is demonstrated that the proposed approach allows the compositions of As100 − x Se x glasses and films to be quantitatively determined with an accuracy of Δx = ±0.02.
