Abstract
The description and understanding of the social functions of entrepreneurship is becoming an object of mutual scientific debate. In recent years, the social function of entrepreneurship has become anwide topic as it covers different areas and directions in building basis for the New Uzbekistan's digital economy.In this article, a widespread definition of small business is depicted, its industrial organization and social obligations are revealed, and the specific functioning mechanisms in the Uzbek regions are classified.
