Abstract
Using the τ approximation the effect of inelastic electron collisions on the value of the upper critical field Ec2 for Cooper instability of the normal current state in a superconductive channel is considered, together with the penetration depth of the nonresonant longitudinal electric field, determined by the kinetics of the electron and hole “mixing” process in the superconductor.
