Abstract
The application of a new model on the charge radii for the most abundant isotopes of all elements from H to Pb is presented. The model (presented in detail elsewhere) constitutes a successful extension of the independent particle shell-model to incorporate ground state properties. The majority of radii so derived are almost within the experimental errors.
