Abstract
Polarization interference fringes caused by magnetic domain walls have been observed in FeBO3 at specimen temperatures below 190 °K. A simple model, based on the observed magnetic field dependence and orientation of the fringes, suggests that the domain walls are the 120 ° Bloch type, lying a few degrees oblique to the basal plane.
