Abstract

The article analyzes the economic theories of labor migration. During the period of mercantilism, immigration was allowed and emigration was restricted. A.Smith and D.Ricardo noted that migration plays an invisible hand in regulating supply and demand in the labor market. All theories related to international labor migration have been studied economically.
