SCIENTIFIC AND PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS OF THE CREATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIETIES

Abstract

The article analyses a scientific-philosophic concept of creation and development of the civil society which has been proved in the works of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Mirzyoev. It gives prominence to the role of ideology, state, political parties and social movements in the development and improving of the civil society.
