Abstract

This article discusses the process of teaching foreign languages using videos in medical universities. Working with videos has its own specific characteristics. The use of videos contributes to the implementation of the most important requirement of communicative methodology – to present the process of language acquisition as an understanding of a living foreign culture; to individualize teaching and develop students' motivation for speech activity.
