DIGITAL TOOLS AND MULTIMEDIA APPROACHES TO LATIN INSTRUCTION FOR PHARMACY LEARNERS
Abstract
The study of Latin in pharmacy education is moving away from traditional memorization and toward the use of modern digital tools. This article explains how technology, such as mobile apps, video lessons, and interactive simulations, helps students learn difficult medical terms more effectively. The main goal is to demonstrate that digital tools make learning faster and improve long-term memory of drug and plant names. By using visual and audio materials, students can better understand the link between Latin words and real-world medicine. This study finds that digital approaches reduce student stress and help prevent medical errors in the future. The article provides a simple guide for teachers to bring technology into their classrooms. Using these tools ensures that future pharmacists are better prepared for the high-tech environment of modern healthcare.
