Abstract
In recent decades, English has gained global importance as an international language of communication. Consequently, the goals of English language teaching have shifted from the mere acquisition of grammatical knowledge to the development of communicative competence. Traditional methods such as Grammar-Translation Method focused mainly on reading and writing skills, often neglecting speaking and listening. As a response to these limitations, Communicative Language Teaching emerged as an effective approach aimed at improving learners’ ability to use language in real-life situations.
