Abstract

Chronic stress during pregnancy is considered a significant risk factor that can negatively affect the development of organs and systems in offspring. The spleen, as a central immune organ, is particularly sensitive to adverse prenatal influences. This study aimed to investigate the morphological and histogenetic changes in the spleen of postnatal offspring born to mothers exposed to chronic experimental stress.
