Abstract

This article examines the psychological and pedagogical mechanisms of forming professional and spiritual competencies among university students in the context of the New Uzbekistan. The study substantiates the interrelationship between professional competence and spiritual development, emphasizing the role of psychological factors in students’ personal growth, professional self-awareness, and the development of social responsibility. Particular attention is paid to the effective organization of the educational and upbringing process in higher education institutions through innovative pedagogical technologies, interactive teaching methods, and a value-oriented educational environment. The findings of the research contribute to improving the process of training professionally competent and spiritually mature specialists in the modern higher education system.
