IMPACT OF IMPROVEMENT OF COMPLEX SURGICAL METHODS ON REHABILITATION EFFICIENCY AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS WITH ANOPHTHALM
Abstract
Purpose : Anophthalmic complex surgery in patients methods rehabilitation efficiency of improvement and life to the quality the effect evaluation . Material and methods : in research various etiological anophthalmos and eye apple subatrophy exists 63 people who were sick participation All in patients improved complex ophthalmoplastic surgery practices was held . Life quality Khodjaev D.Kh. and Yusupov A.F. by adapted (2025) SF‑36 questionnaire based on from surgery before , as well as from 3 months and 6 months later was evaluated . Results : before surgery during life integral indicator of quality average is 24% did Complex surgical rehabilitation and individual eye prosthesis from use in 3 months present the figure is up to 76% increased and 6 months old observation during stable saved . Conclusion : improved complex ophthalmoplastic surgery rehabilitation anophthalmic in patients medical , social and effectiveness of psychological rehabilitation increases and life quality indicators reliable improvement provides .
